Taylor dropped a single four months before Lover and Billie did something similar...TUN came out a few months before the TUN album, too. But early/very early 2020 is the first real legitimate confirmation we've had, even more than the Polydor thing, so it does sound like the album won't be until Jan/Feb/March.
