Madeon said he didn't think he was able to talk about it b/c he could still be held accountable for the NDA he signed to work on ARTPOP. That, I think, implies that Gaga's other producers would also be bound by NDAs. SOPHIE wouldn't be legally allowed to share LG6 leaks.
