 We had at least two songs in our selection this year that could've easily been a top 10 entry, but oh well.
 The voting process was so overly complicated that the broadcasters' favorite won, it was even a bit shady.

michael's song was also a huge hit here. radios still play it. 

hey i'm not judging btw. the belgian and dutch are flops too when they get to choose who represents them. like anouk said when one of the best voice contestants ever got eliminated: "what an idiot nation. it's like letting the people choose our esc entry" and she's 100% right.

Modern french variety is mostly trash. I had one song in mind for the two previous season but it has been postponed (it feels very retro french and Jeanne Mas if you know her)
