Smother Em Eh 7,027
It truly was a wonderful era that brought us something new, fresh and a different side to Gaga. Get Applause & G.U.Y to 1B views!

I wish they ordered them chronologically though to make it even more real. Mine was Born this Way but I started with Judas. So ARTPOP was the first era I experienced from the start... it was terrible. It was like "No Applause didn't flopped" "Katy sucks" "Oldonna is over" "get the f**k off from here Katy Cats" "ARTPOP was sabotaged" "ARTPOP actually sold 10M copies" "G.U.Y will be a huge hit" "Why it flopped again?" "Who is Mary J. Holland?"

I started paying attention to Gaga after the Superbowl though but I learned all Joanne era moments in retrospect. I can't believe I stan since late 2016/ early 2017 and I still didn't follow an era from start to finish.

The Katy Cats going to the Applause video just to comment about the success of Dark Horse, Roar and the whole Prism, calling ARTPOP ArtFlop. Also the Little Madonnosters joined to the Katy Cats squat. Flop after flop. But we had the artRAVE moments, maybe the best part of the whole era. Flop after flop. Fast forward to 2019: Shallow hits #1 the same week 365 falls off the chart after spending only one week. I hope little monsters do better than them though. We now know how ephemeral success is.
Diamond heart99 5,262
It’s the era that made me connect with LG on the personal level that other fans previously enjoyed. It honestly makes me sad and feel excluded from this community when many members sh!t all over it by saying it wasn’t real or just making fun of it. Then I get mad at myself for even caring what people think. I’m blonde, I’m skinny, I’m rich and I’m a little bit of a bitch

Ashley 8,833
I still say Joanne is one of her best albums. There were so many great moments and interviews during this era too.

Honestly if it wasn't TFM or Born this Way people act like it doesn’t count. I think Gaga herself is connected and loves all her albums but I think she seems most connected to Joanne. ❤️

I don’t like sucking up peoples’ joy like a Dyson. I wish people gave Joanne fans the same courtesy. Some of us were damaged in our 20’s trying to become the women we were meant to be and this album speaks to that on so many levels. To me as a music lover in general, it should be considered one of the best albums of all time. Hopefully someday it will be. I remember posting that idea before and the “LMAO” clicks I got really sucked. Say one good thing about Joanne Well, this is about the Joanne era, not Joanne or the album in particular. I don't really like the era, but it had some good moments: - The DarkGa vibes in the Tudor commercial - Coachella - Superbowl (obviously, I liked it a lot) But the reasons why I only/mostly liked these things was because it wasn't "Joanne" and it was more "Gaga". We need DarkGa with Bops so we can rule the industry again and learn the other popgirls how to snatch 'em wigs to ultimate baldness!!
LGMonster95 13,704
I've been a fan since 2010 and I really loved Joanne era, it was a unique way to present Gaga from her past eras, in a much more human like form if you know what I mean. The performances including the highlight of all of them (The SuperBowl), the looks which most of them were stripped down but refreshing (and she looked amazing in them), the music, the Joanne tour, the documentary, the achievements etc were amazing
Cerny 4,270
Angel Down is a fantastic track and so is that Linda Perry air, the track has. This is one of the best things she’s ever done:
