As for the album, I think they discontinued it too but there are so many out there still that it just doesn't seem plausible that they'll ever go out of stock, especially in the streaming era and... it's ARTPOP we're talking about... #justice4ARTPOP

Did they actually? I swear i've seen it at multiple stores that carry vinyl even this year, my little monster ass tends to glance to see if Gagas among the options

The rarity, The record label probably not keen on doing reprint, and neither does the vendors would have to order restocks of it since the first time they did, it was selling very slowly. As you said yourself, it had been available for months and months and months. I suppose the vendors to wanna sell them out and release themselves from the misery. They are not likely want to go through that again.
