It will probably sell 1.2m first week and then fairly quickly drop down the charts because she is so front loaded and diseased with loons, payola, marketing manipulation and media exposure. Anderson123 38,407 Posted June 29, 2019 Share Posted June 29, 2019 I’m not going to say yes or no because we know she has a smart team that could make this possible if they wanted to, she’s like the female version of Ed Sheeran and I can see them being thristy about breaking records, who knows. Adele’s 25 was a huge surprise to everyone and nobody expected it to sell that many copies, maybe not even them. It was the post Rolling In The Deep album and the global success that she achieved so a lot of people who felt connected to her music and heartbreaking lyrics bought the album, people of ALL ages. I just can’t picture Taylor achieving this with Lover, especially how bubblegum it sounds.
