Here's what's sad about this whole thing: I get what Buttigieg was trying to do and say, though he didn't articulate his thoughts quite as well as he should.

Meanwhile, Trump could literally come out on stage and eat a live baby while praising Satan, and Republicans would still turn out in droves to support him.
