If you don’t like it that’s okay, but I for one think it’s super fun and lighthearted. Also, coming off the reputation era, I’m sure she picked the most lighthearted “bubblegum pop” song as the lead single to distance herself immediately from the dark imagery. Would you think the same if Gaga came out with this song? Would you praise Gaga for incorporating any of those lyrics in her songs? I really believe she would be dragged. Or if Rihanna or Beyonce or anyone like that released Me! it would be dragged to the pits of hell. The songs smashed because they were different. Do some research and come back with facts because this ain't it.
