Cackling. The funny thing is she didn't even really insult anyone imo except for the quip about "some of you may like my music, some of you may be forced to be here but f*ck you I still got paid."

She was just working them like a Vegas crowd or a regular concert, trying to hype them up, but some of the stodgy as* software folks (not hating, I have a good tech—y friend) are so sensitive they think she's being mean by saying "you're not in a cubicle, throw your hands up!" My tech friend would have laughed at that line and not taken it as an insult.

As you said, some of them clearly wanted Ally Maine or at least piano with soft, nice commentary—not jokes, the occasional curse word, blue wigs, and an attempt to hype them up. But hey, if they wanted a piano show the organizers should have told her that or insisted on it.

I actually don't think she was insulting her crowd, she was just trying to be funny I guess but I guess she went a little too far with 'I still got paid.'

I mean I have to watch the video to understand the tone of that line though, maybe it would seem less offensive if she said it in a jokingly manner.
