One of my favorites had the party crashed by the 'police', banging on the door and lights shining through the windows. The lights and music turn off and everyone gets quiet and scared... then in barges some sexy female police officers draging a caution tape Gaga in handcuffs into the main room, which then turns into an epic Telephone perfomance haha Performances are always fun! If you have any friends who look a bit like her, or hire an impersonator or drag queen Could also have a Gaga dress code, everyone dresses up in iconic looks and/or just a Gaga shirt. Could also hold a best outfit contest in the form of like a fashion show, have a fun song like Scheiße bumping during that. That also inspires more people to dress up and be creative, maybe even offer a prize for one who gets the most Applause! Have a big Gaga backdrop for people to pose in front of for fun pictures. Have some little Gaga related items near the door for people to wear if they show up in just a shirt so they can fit in more haha. If there's tvs or any type of screens where you are hosting this, you could have her music videos playing, or make a slideshow of her looks over the years. Have some custom Gaga themed drinks, like maybe one where the glass is wrapped in caution tape or has the fame glasses crystals on it(you can find those cheap on amazon or craft stores). Lady Gaga songs karaoke and/or a lipsync battle to her most well known songs. Hope any of these can help!
