Look at Beyoncé, Katy, Miley and Taylor for example. They’re on their 90 million followers and beyond while gaga is still in her 30+ million. But what’s weird is that her Instagram likes per photo is more of the same with most her peers generating easily a million likes on every photo she’s posted. Any idea why? Is it cause gaga doesn’t buy followers like them? With the amount of engagements she gets I expected her to have 50M followers at least. If Instagram started becoming popular during the TFM or BTW era, Gaga would easily have a lot more followers. However, just look at the stats, her ratio is so much better than her peers. Like I don’t want to point out who but one of her peers have 60M + followers and their posts BARELY crack 500 thousand likes. The amount of stunts she could have pulled over the years if she wanted to get followers looking for drama.. Or even ASIB era. She just posted official photos from premiered, the ones that were on most showbiz sites. Imagine she started showing clips of her and Bradley rehearsing.. And if you notice when you join Instagram and recommended people to follow comes up it's always selena or Ariana or Bieber etc. Why I don't know but it's benefitted them all hugely but only artificially. It's a lot of bots, second accounts, troll accounts just following whoever is handiest to look "legit" Who is the most talented, remarkable and respected? I think Gaga is doing it for herself, she will never upset of the number of followers, she is doing what she wants to do. More than that, most of the Celebs are using automatic likes and comments to instagram posts. That's why most of them has about millions of followers, but you can find people more popular or even useful if you can say that.
