It’s not that shocking. Ffs, Russian government is incapable of building decent schools and hospitals for their kids, there is no way they could have composed a way of getting Trump elected. The trolls are mostly a tool for some guys to get government funding. Make no mistake, this report is now going to give the troll managers relevance in Russia. They will be proudly presenting this report to the Kremlin intelligence chiefs and claim that their troll strategy worked and now they need more money for developing it. Russia is definitely responsible for meddling in the election. The Troll farms are not some sophisticated operation, it works just as well as a crude scam call center. What will happen is that Democratic candidates will tone down their "Impeachment" and "Investigate" while the GOP will focus almost entirely on "No Collusion" and "Democrats have no credibility" Which could actually benefit Democrats when it comes to people more worried about policy than political games. But it’s like when scammers send out some e-mails on behalf of some bank, what good is to blame the bank for collusion? The bank is being played by the scammers as are those who fell for the e-mails.
