I just know it. Most people will be like “Sure, Joanne” but I know it’s happening. Gaga might one day make a full on pop album again but I don’t think LG6 is what we think it’s gonna be. She is know for shaking it up and not doing the same thing twice. Bookmark me! YouTube Rex Orange County & Bang Bang by Will.I.Am.

Im here for it!

Bien sûr, Joanne:sure:

The only close to jazz song will be 'the ballad' of the album, produced by Mark.

It could be amazing if done right. Panic at the Disco did that with Death of a Bachelor and it was an amazing album

I'd die for a collab with Brendon, the vocal slayage on those jazzy bops... far too much!

I dunno, if it were different producers, I would actually agree with this. It would just make sense.

But with Boyznoise and the other rumored producers I just cant see this happening. Had it only been Ronson or maybe Ronson and someone else then I could see it.

I could see her incorporating the structures and writing style of jazz (like freeform and improv) since she's around it so much, but I really think it's going to be a more 'proper' return to form for her. I don't think it will necessarily be that much like her old stuff, it's clear she's a bit "past" that, but I do think there will be a stronger pop return from her.

I can see it but with a twist to it. Youre right in saying she doesnt do the same thing twice, so if she is to do something with jazz, it wont be Cheek to Cheek jazz. I agree with another comment suggesting she could go down the route of Panic! At the Disco's last two albums. DOAB was very heavily Sinatra and smooth jazz inspired whereas PFTW is very broadway and big band inspired as a result of Urie's Kinky Boots role.

She has a much more classy, mature approach to her new sounds these days (Your Song, I want your Love, Joanne and its Piano Version etc) so a jazz/traditional/big-band inspired album would do wonders for the reputation she is building herself without boxing her into a sound or excluding her weird twists she does with music. I really cant see her going back to pre ARTPOP Gaga anyways as it could be detrimental to her new status and unravel the respect she is receiving. Its perfect doing this for Enigma as it is a celebration and high-camp-energy experience influenced by her first decade on the scene, but for future chart-topping album cycles, I feel she is likely to keep a mature and adult vibe and sound with her own little twists so she doesnt take twenty steps back on the big 10 she has taken forward.

Her last three (!!!!) Eras were calmed down and more normal. C2C, Joanne and ASIB.

LG6 (GAGA?) will be experimental.

A modern ecstasy
