There's stuff we need insurance for or have to pay out of our own pocket like dental, prescriptions, vision care, some non-mandatory vaccinations etc etc etc Some Countries in Europe have better coverage than we do. If the ranking was done on healthcare alone I doubt we'd be #1 on the list In fact I've read before that Canadian Healthcare on average is only 70% government funded (I'm sure it varies slightly by Province too tho) Compared to much of the developed world our healthcare isn't that "Free". I agree 100% Although Canada is not the best example of free universal healthcare.
