This gives white blondes the thin hair effect around the temples. I thought it was genetics Unless she has a super high testosterone level then it's most likely traction alopecia, which you can get from leaving your hair in any style for too long. It's really common in WOC who wear their hair in super tight braids and anybody who wears their hair back to put it in a wig. It can be prevented/managed just by taking your hair out and taking breaks to care for it as well as changing where you part it occasionally (and if it hurts when you take your hair out you definitely need to switch it up to avoid hair loss) uwu Link to post Share on other sites More sharing options...
