In addition to feeling like she's truly arrived as a bonafide movie star actress, I'm really, really enjoying the discussion these past couple of days about her in the media. I love how there's a whole flurry of discussion about her performance that ranges from the usual tabloid stuff, to interesting discussion about her as an artist. I think this is one of my favorite tweets:

^ From that, I agree a bit, but I don't completely either - I think the performance was full of genuine, tender feelings and connection, while still playing with a narrative and fantasy that the GP like seeing (ie getting up from the audience in that ballgown and Tiffany Diamond, to sing with her handsome movie star leading man). As she's said before, "I'm theatre." 

I also read a article that pointed out that the media isn't slut shaming her, but instead cheering her on despite framing her as "the other woman", and how the writer couldn't figure out if this was progress because of that or not, lol.
