Hmm... Watched the video but his kiss landed on the corner of her mouth and the eyewitnesses claims there was nothing outrageous. I imagine it's just him hurriedly leaving the vehicle and attempting a kiss on the cheek as a farewell - not convinced this is really lawsuit-worthy.

I was also wondering if it was a very intimate mouth to mouth or if it was a quick PEC kinda kiss

There's many possible reactions. I've known victims of stuff way worse than a kiss

 

- Some people just get upset and blow off steam to their friends

 

- Some ppl are emotionally affected and keep it to themselves for a long time

 

- Some people report it to the authorities when it's serious enough to try and get justice and the guilty to be punished

 

But a lawsuit? For a kiss? Really? 

 

If he wasn't rich she probably woulda been pissed off and annoyed like women tend to be when men do something innapropriate and then moved on but now because of who Trump is there's an opportunity to make a big stink about it and if she's lucky win big

 

It's a kiss. That's may be innapropriate but I've never heard of an individual considering a law suit over that. If he was an average joe she probably won't be doing this

and pretty disgusting too tbh, just because there are “way worse” cases, it doesn’t mean this one wasn’t bad for her. Who are you to tell her how she should feel about it and what should be her reaction? Is there something unclear about consent to you??

 

Women being emotionally affected-but keeping that **** to themselves, you gave that example as if it’s a positive thing to do??? This is why many don’t report, even in “worse cases”. 

It’s sexual harassment. “It’s just a kiss”, “it’s just a tap on the butt”, “it’s just a boob grab”, men on high positions abusing their power should be hit where it hurts, their pockets. 

 

And victim has a right to sue without being called gold digger or a liar.
