She claimed it was because the Arena wasn’t powerful enough. The company wrote a statement, claiming it’s not their fault. Various videos on Twitter show that Nicki’s team was still building the stage with hundreds of people already INSIDE the arena. Just say that the trucks came late for whatever the actual reason was and be honest with your fans, they'll be more likely to take the news well if it comes from an honest place because it will make sense. Think of the cost of refunding all those fans PLUS the fans own expenses such as travel/accommodation. Just accept the fact the management messed up, and move on. I'm really grateful that Gaga has never cancelled like this, she could've easily done the same thing last year and covered up her fibro with something else. Honesty is the best policy, and I'm sure if Gaga had a team that was letting her and her name down, she'd speak out and hire better people. Chromatica will live on forever. I feel like there is a high possibility of her cancelling due to very inconsequential reasons. I did that for Gaga and I know that she wouldn't allow such a thing to happen, she would only cancel a show if she was severely ill or something. Reasons like 'production delays', 'scheduling conflict', 'lack of power', 'unforeseen circumstances' are absolutely NO to Gaga's high standards.
