freebit 6,240
Max doesn't have a distinct style, so I wouldn't be clamoring for it because I really don't know what that would even sound like. What gives me pause about him is that story Lorde told where didn't like Royals because it was "incorrect songwriting." In that sense, he seems like he approaches music in the same way Elie Saab approaches designing dresses - everything is designed to be a crowd pleaser rather than even attempting to approach fresh or unusual ground. Which is fine, its just that his approach to music sounds stuffy. (Also this base would got nuts if she worked with him and the song bombed, lbr, stans think he's a non-stop hit factory )

I’ve heard Max Martin forces you to release as singles his productions, so, Gaga would be forced to release whatever they make, even if she ends up liking it or not, blocking her creativity freedom. This is mostly what’s stoping Gaga to work with him. OMG really? Never heard about this... I mean I know he’s big and probably has high standards but this is kinda... idk... giskardsb 12,565
arn't you guys tired of pop being ruled by basically the same 5 producers for 20 years?
GagaUnderYou 5,008
When it comes to Gaga, I think she is able to bring out a producer’s best work and take them to place some they’ve never explored before. For example, if you listen to others RedOne produced songs, it isn’t as amplified as is it when you hear his work with Gaga. For example look at JLo’s Hypnotico & Judas, most likely worked on around the same time, but Judas has the superior production. So it’s safe to say whoever she works with in the future is never a sound that is mainstream.
ChromaticPrincess 1,346
I would love to see what they would create, but he’s too mainstream for her and she hates collars with other mainstream artists (unless they’re old and legends) ✨oh the lights dim while we’re dancing yeah the floor is shaking in this disco heaven✨

Miel 15,009
Considering Gaga's co-producing skills and overall musicianship, I think they could make magic together. But I'm not sure if I'd want them to, though. This has been discussed in GGD for years and years. I think I'm jaded now, only because Gaga has branched out with so many different producers that, although still pop-oriented, are outside of that centralized pop-production realm. 3 points in and ready for more

Sid 6,755
Yes that would be iconic!!! Or Jack Antonoff (he's written a ton of great songs like Out of the Woods, Green Light, lots of P!nk songs) There are a few different songwriters/producers she could write with and come out with some legendary sounds ...ıllıllı c h e r r y c h e r r y b o o m b o o m ıllıllı... Honestly no. If you can make music for 20 years and still slay the game and be successful then kudos to you for that! Only because someone is there for 20 years doesn’t mean that their music is less good or something so I kinda don’t agree with this. Other producers need to step their game up for us to notice them.
