LG6 should be...

I'd rather she not do a collection of songs that adhere in a cliche way to one genre or another. I don't need more cow girl or lounge singer drag.

A contemporary electronic album with jazz influences sounds great though.

Girl that Lady/Gaga concept has been thrown around here since even before ARTPOP lol. It’s older than Chaos Angel and Barcode.

Smother Em Eh

I wouldn’t be here for his at all, it’s all over the place and that would be a self titled 2 part Album. Joanne already is her ST. And this sounds quite messy. I’d be here for a cohesive & consistent experimental pop record!

LG6 will be what it will be.

Which if I'm guessing will be inspired by anime and videogame soundtracks. So could be 90s inspired rock, electronic and orchestral, or jazz.

Why this negativity...  I want another dance pop album but i'm not here for another TFM 2.0 .. Theres so many genres that could be easily convenient withthe dance pop sound like rave, disco, electronics, ethnic electronic, trance, hardcore...  She have like millions of dance music genres to explore

I didn’t post negativity sis... I said I would like jazz and soft rock because Gaga has done plenty of dance albums. It’s nice to see a diverse artist put out diverse music (aka not all synth/dance pop). Also she’s explore lots of your genres listed on ARTPOP. I’m just trying to say there are some of us here for non-electric/synth songs.

Eveybody is aware (at least in this cult) that our fanbase is divided into two..  Fans who's thirsty for the comeback of the dance/pop crazyga and other fans who's here for jazzga or another country record ...

At this point i think releasing a one direction record could be a career suicide

So my idea is to drop an album called LADY GAGA with a double direction..

10 classic/ballad/ country/americana songs

10 dance-pop/electro/idm songs

Or she could release 2 albums in six months like Ariana did ... One called LADY and the other called GAGA

what u think guys ?

or an album called LADY then an album called GAGA, like a b side

Making us wait two-and-a-half years for only ten brand new original Gaga songs of the style we want is definitely not worth it. ARTPOP was perfect because the two-and-a-half year wait was justified by giving us 15 brand new tracks.

If the wait is like 1-1.5 years, then 10 or 11 songs is fine. But I have a problem with artists who make their fans wait 3 or 4 years only to receive that many songs on an album. That’s why I’m not all that impressed with Lorde’s Melodrama. Nearly 4 years of waiting and only 11 songs? Hell no! The wait wasn’t worth it IMO. If I’m gonna wait more than two years, I want a long album!

I’d take jazz covers and soft-country rock over nothing. :coffee: And also I’m happy she’s taken time away from full synth pop albums, she’s done 4 already. Gaga’s too diverse of an artist to keep putting out music that sounds the same (aka no TF 2.0, TFM 2.0, etc.).

Okay, this is just incorrect. Do you know ANYTHING about electronic music? Electronic music has dozens and dozens of genres, subgenres, and microgenres. You’ve got a gargantuan array of styles to choose from, both fast and slow. Hell, she could devote her entire career to electronic music. It’s the most eclectic style of music there is, and they all have distinct sounds and characteristics. Gaga’s music is an obvious example of that, especially for a mainstream artist. To dismissively label it all as “synth-pop” is ignorant.

She didn’t make 4 albums of “synth-pop” music. She started that way but she eventually moved on to Electro-House, Techno, Electroclash, Synthwave, Complextro, Alternative R&B, Psychedelic Trance, Dubstep, Industrial, Hi-NRG, Glitch-Hop, Dance Rock, Nu-Disco, Trap, J-Pop, and Eurodance. The differences between all those genres are far more distinct than what any Rock or Jazz or Country music can provide, no matter how many different subgenres of each that she does.

You really don’t need to attack me and then call me ignorant. :coffee: Anyway, dance pop music. There you go. She made 4 albums worth of dance pop music. Happy now? I don’t care honestly what she does next, as long as it’s soon. I’m just worried there are monsters on here that still aren't open to her doing more than dance-pop or electronic songs when she’s obviously also interested in acoustic and ballad music. I’m not here for another era of people complaining about the lack of “bops” in an album.
