A Donald Trump supporter reportedly armed with a gun barged into a Texas library in an attempt to stop a drag queen reading books to children.

James Greene was arrested on suspicion of trespassing after refusing to leave Houston’s Freed-Montrose Library, but claimed he was detained for being a "white Christian" and accused staff of satanism. 

He had entered the building to protest against Drag Queen Storytime, a programme of events in which performers read children’s stories to families

The conservative radio host has previously been banned from the library for filming children during similar demonstrations.

“We have a bunch of homosexuals that are molesting children,” he is heard telling officers. “They are doing it with your help.”

Oh yes, the "white Christians" are known for being a persecuted group in the U.S. (*rolls eyes*). The fact that he can't figure out why he was actually detained says all we need to know about this guy.

I'm also not surprised this happened in Houston. It's one of the few places in the US I consider to be an actual hell hole.

I am born and raised in Houston. 

Don’t know why you consider it a hell hole but for context: He did this in Montrose, an LGBT friendly area of town with tons of gay bars.

White people need to be protected in America. All the horrible struggles they need to face on a daily basis are so unfair and dehumanizing.:ladyhaha:

Don't be ignorant.  Consider the fact that Houston actually *has* a "drag queen storytime" at one of it's public library branches.   Houston is an island of Blue in the Red mess of Texas and one of the most diverse cities in America.

I was born and raised in Houston too, Montrose is a very LGBT and LGBT-friendly place :hug:
