We should just agree to disagree.

You're watching a show about a country that doesn't know the world is round, dragons, ice zombies, resurrection, immortality, killer shadows, 'warging', visions, ice zombie dragons, face swapping.. the list goes on & you're mad about Daenerys not being guarded in that throne room when she literally just burned the city to ash along with all who opposed her? :toofunny: Had Jon walked into that throne room with guards there, she'd have told them to leave her alone with him as she always does when Jon's in front of her.

No. that was not the only nonsensical stupidity of the episode

I agree with you. I saw her dialogue with Jon from the same perspective and all that happen after her death, it didnt sit right with me. The small council meeting was the most annoying thing with Brienne having one line about brothels. Nothing has changed and who knows who will be the other masters while Bran does other things. :)) They could have give him some lines to show us that he can be a good leader, but like Robert, he seems to have others interests than the good of the kingdom, while the hand of the king with the council will do the work.

I feel like the point was to show exactly that: what came after her death was just more of the same, and new issues arising w the 7k being more devided. It makes Danys journey more interesting. She could make a change, but would it be for the better? Better for whom? What would the cost be?  Jons questionig of his actions underlies this.

There is an interview of an HBO exec today, and he said that there will be no sequels with these characters. So, no Arya the explorer series.

Wait and see how the prequel will perform. If it fails, everything will be on the table.

Bran 100% knew. Did you watch the show? He has a vision of the dragon over Kings landing in season 6 and says he knows everything a man has seen present, past, future. One MILLION people in KL saw Dany go on a rampage. He knew and it was just never brought up or questioned.

:toofunny:  Ouch

Find me the scene (and don't post the snippet of Drogon's shadow flying over KL... that wasn't footage of what Dany would actually do to KL) that proves Bran knew about Dany's sacking of KL before she did it. All his visions indicated was that there'd be dragons in KL at some point in the story.

He can enter animals, so no. He just watched a genocide because he didnt care about people or because he wanted to be king.

So.. let me get this straight. You're criticising Bran's character for not warging into Drogon and controlling him during Dany's sacking of KL and assuming he did not do this because he wanted to be King?

He was at Winterfell during that last war. He might've been taking a nap during it. I actually can't @ this fanbase anymore.

Watch the scene. There are ravens in the Dany going mad scene. He was there watching it and didnt care. He was also the one that started the"Jon is the king" narative that broke Jon and Dany relantionship and Dany herself. Who won from this? Clearly not Jon, cause he isnt the king.

And apparently in the books, he makes it very clear that he doesnt care about what happened with Hodor, Theon or other humans that died or sacrificed for him.

I understand that you dont care about subtle things, but this fanbase is very diverse. You may buy that Bran is sleeping when the biggest genocide in the show happens. For me and others, that seems unlikely and the show should have something to say about this.

And even if he was sleeping, you just named another reason why it shouldnt be king. He is the Three Eyed Raven. Sleeping during a war battle where his brother and sister can die is a choice for someone like him.
