(I'd only take out Alejandro and that bowie cover and put Sexxx Dreams & Perfect illusion instead. It would be my perfect setlist)

I would change the lightning sometimes. Its quite a lot sometimes and then way too dark other times

Exactly, the low pig tails with lack of volume made it move so plastic-y. And her silhouette looked so off, especially with that ill fitting neon corset thing.

Maybe more futuristic effects, like holograms, more futuristic music (like interludes while she's changing outfits, and dancers are killing the choreo during that). And less plastic looking wig. 

I think that's all. Oh, maybe add more ARTPOP songs and couple of new songs instead of BDR and TF. 

One more thing, release interludes in HD on YouTube.

DITD: needs new wig and outfit. also NO DANCERS. that song sould be carried by gaga only 

BDR/TF: I would swap these two every now and then for more deep cuts

Million Reasons should be done at the jazz shows

I would have a better intro video with a cochella style mix of older songs that arnt in the setlist at least
