rumours

Today, Dolly Parton released a third song from the upcoming Dumplin' Soundtrack (which will be released on Nov 30th). This new version of Jolene features a slightly haunting string arrangement to accompany Dolly's new recording of the track.

The Official soundtrack will feature guest spots from artists like Elle King, Sia, Mavis Staples, Macy Gray, Miranda Lambert, etc. Two songs have already been released from the soundtrack: "Here I Am (feat Sia)" and "Girl in the Movies". I'll include those in the spoiler below in case you haven't gotten a chance to hear them

Spoiler

Are two of my favorite albums this year going to be soundtracks?

Not as good as the original but still nice to have as a fan. :saira: If Gaga didn’t just do a whole ass soundtrack I would’ve loved for her to be on this one. :excited:

I'm okay with Gaga not being on the soundtrack as long as I get a collaboration between them at some point.

There’s so many legends Gaga needs to collab with before it’s too late :messga: I can’t believe she’s done ones with Paul McCarntey and Elton but we’ve gotten nothing (released and studio). :triggered:

I can't be the only one who read Joanne (new string version)…:saladga:

Joanne and Jolene, only the two most relevant girls of country
