If that would happen, Obama would have tell the reporter that he answered his questions and to give the mic to another reporter. Then probably another reporter will want to take the mic, so that Fox reporter will be preassured by the room to give the mic by himself. But what happens when the room is with the reporter? But this has never happened during the Obama years for a reason. Its funny that you want to play the What if game, when you are so against it earlier.
