Might depend on your height/weight and overall body shape. Many people with eating disorders tend to get this bobblehead effect because their bones, muscle, and fat deteriorate over time causing a smaller figure, and there's not a lot of body fat on a skull/head so that's why the head looks huge in comparison to the body. I'm not saying Gaga has one, but we know she did in the past.
