I don’t know whether this is legal or not now but a friend of my grandma was obsessed with youth and had a few acquaintances who worked for the police station and she got her age changed to 10 years younger. 

A few years later, the government said that they were giving subsidies to people of x age (her actual age) who had been working for more than 20 years or something like that so it didn’t add up and she changed it back
