Wait you've seen the tracklist?

Nah, 34 was confirmed tho (incl. score) and there's always the reprise of the big song with these movies even if it's a stripped down version or studio version during the credits

This emoji is definitely you tomorrow discovering that 19 tracks means including some live versions and some scores :nooo::nooo:

Let's ask @Bradley what he thinks about it ? ^^

19 songs for a 2-hour movie is too unrealistic. Like are we going to get a movie where they constantly play music and there's no dialogue between the leads? That's not going to happen.

I think almost 10 songs will be scores or various renditions of the theme song.

We're still going to get about 8 to 9 original songs which is more than enough.

Not all songs have to be on the movie. For example, Mamma Mia HWGA includes around 3-4 songs that were not sung in the film or even played in the scores.

Plus we already have more than 9 tracks confirmed lmao

The Shallow, I'll Never Love Again, Heal Me, Do It, California Gold/When The Sun Goes Down, Digging My Grave, Old Ways (Cooper solo), Look What I've Found, La Vie En Rose, Love Sneakin Up On You (covers).

I guess this could be the tracklist, with it containing 8 original songs tho

La Vie En Rose (gay bar scene)

Shallow (Coachella scene)

Shallow Acoustic (street scene)

How Do You Do That (SNL scene)

I'll Never Love Again (ending scene)

Heal Me (iHeartRadio scene)

Look What I've Found (???)

Sun Goes Down (???)

Bonnie Raitt Cover (???)

I think that's what we know so far.:gaycat:

Thx. But I remembered hearing her belting out Shallow in the video (and comments can confirm it too):stalkga:

The pre-order will be on the 30th or the 31st? I see both dates everywhere on Twitter and I don't know which one is true :cryga:

who knows lmao

soundtracks like Fifty Shades of Grey barely play half of the songs on the movie yet they release 20-track albums.

I think it's very different for Mamma Mia that depends on the music. Let's be honest Abba music is more important than the story itself (not a shade ^^); And the music is not original, only covers.

ASIB is a movie  in which actors are singing, we can't really compare it to a regular movie with a sountrack sung by artists.

yeah but we can't run out the possibility of songs that did not make the movie / only play during, let's say, the background of a scene where Ally receives an award, make the tracklist

Talking about it I wouldn't be surprised if we get a song sung by other artist; John Legend had a song on La La Land
