Katy’s deposition is very blunt. It’s very telling that she doesn’t want to talk about it at all, whereas Gaga explains her answer eloquently.

Someone is lying and it’s only a matter of time before the truth is revealed.

I'm not saying that Kesha is lying about her case or blaming Gaga or something..

The attorney is asking her yes no questions. Did he raped you? yes or no is the right answer for that and i’m sure her lawyers told her that

I don't agree with that though personally. I think shes friends with a trash person and I kind of think shes trash herself. Ive always kind of speculated that she was that type of person, but seeing this gave that assumption some weight.

You seem pretty sure about your statements on Katy being untruthful and John Janick telling the truth, but the reality is, is that you are just as in the dark as the rest of so I don't think it's right for you to be throwing around the words truth and lie so easily. Also, if Katy really is telling the truth then she isn't throwing Kesha under the bus as you seem to be implying in your comment about women sticking by each other or whatever. All in all, no offense but you come across as a little assuming and ignorant in your comments.

First of all I’m not fan of Katy Perry. I occasionally listen to her music but that is it. 

How could she answer to those questions tho? They asked her if he raped her for God’s sake and he is her friend. I honestly would answer the same. There is not much you can say if it isn’t true. And ofc she didn’t want to be there, she was basically draged into this. Like I said she was clearly friends with this person and all of you who are saying that she’s lying or something have to actually look at bigger picture. Even if she had sex with him it was clearly consensual and she has nothing against him. I mean she stopped working with him and what other thing she has to do for us to stop bothering her with this? Say that he raped her even if he didn’t? Like... just no. I know what y’all want to say and I’m not taking sides here, I’m just being objective. Like I said she would be in better place if she confessed to it (it it happened) than seemingly being on his side and denying it - she is his friend and I honestly believe nothing happened.

Honestly what you expect the answer to be if someone ask her “did he rape you”? It’s a yes or no answer and there is not much to say about it.. much more if he didn’t do it.. Honestly if she said something like:

No. He didn’t rape me. I was his friend and I didn’t know anything about the situation that was going on” 

Y’all would still say she is lying and is suspicious by how long her answers are.. Honestly Gaga’s answers seem like she is changing the topic and is confused more than Katy.. But this is GGD so what can anyone expect that comments like: “GAGA IS NEVER UNSURE AND SHE IS ALWAYS TELLING THE TRUTH”

Shes friends with a trash person which makes her trash by association. Thats what I take from it. You can defend her if you feel like it, I don't really give a f*ck at this point, the conversation is exhausting. But Katy always came off like fake trash, Kesha and her stopped being friends a long time ago over Luke, and now this to me just validates her being trash. End of my side of the discussion. Carry on with yours if you must.

I don't think anyone is lying. Gaga and Kesha were told by someone that Katy was raped and thats why they were discussing it privately.
