I believe you get your tickets online and show them via your phone to enter. Whereas with will call, you have to go to the box office and pick them up there. I needed 6, but when I selected 6 and hit next it told me that the presale code was only valid for 4 tickets and kicked me out and I had to start all over and there were no more regular GA.
