These are closer to the "Torch" style of vocal jazz, Gaga would be pretty amazing with this kind of thing. Haley knocks it out of the park though. I don't normally like reaction videos but I posted these since they are basically exactly my reaction when I first saw these interpretations. And really, I think you can see some of Gaga's influence from the American Idol mentoring on Haley.... Haley really *performs* these songs, which Gaga was trying to get her to do on American Idol. I would love Gaga to do really soulful jazz, like Amy Winehouse. or along the lines of african american jazz masters Nina Simone, Billie Holiday, Donny Hathaway ...
