It's a fact that visually it was underwhelming though (well the John Wayne vid was at least sort of on Gaga's old level, but the editing ruined it a bit). Nevertheless, with ARTPOP it was way worse. However, its maybe useful to remember that Gaga has a wide variety of fans. Many of us are not even pop fans in general. So when you are tempted to be snarky and rude with "Keep it Gaga, nobody asked", maybe keep in mind that many Gaga fans are in fact looking forward to Gaga's various types of output.
