Tbh I can definetely see Joanne and or its songs getting one of the biggest boosts of her discography when the soundtrack and the movie drops inclusive when the promo starts......

i read the comments in FB.. and mostly were like.. "wow, is that Lady Gaga? didn't recognized her. she's pretty"

so I guess it's her branding that makes people think of her as ugly or weird. but stripped down into a normal girl, people saw her beauty..

Guys do you know that even Call Me By Your Name, which was nominated for at least 4 oscars (that I can remember), 'only' grossed 40 million WW. (and I feel like a lot of my straight friends have seen it)

3 billboards which was a clear favorite 'only' grossed 140 million WW (I didn't like the movie but that's my opinion) 

And The Shape of Water which WON Best Picture 'only' grossed 190 million WW.
So, even in Oblivia where ASIB wins oscars easily, it might not gross more than 200M so don't get your hopes up

HOWEVER the fact that other movies cas so easily pull 400M at the box office still gives it a shot

Anyway the point is that we should keep of expectations realllll low

I agree but ASIB is way more GP friendly than any of those movies tho
