It is a major principle of civilization that there is a justice and court system, and the court found no evidence that Dr Luke abused Kesha.

And this is why this is problematic. Even though Keshas accusations were never proven to be true, she suceeded in destroying his reputation, even though he likely is innocent. This is not OK in my opinion. There were too many celebrities involved who turned their fanbases against Dr Luke, which is  unacceptable, because Dr Luke received way too much hate.  Dr Luke has the right to defend himself.

Well, there are some intelligent users left on Gagadaily who do not blame someone who is likely innocent after the court decision, like me.

I think most users of Gagadaily prefer to believe Kesha simply because she is a young, beautiful woman and Dr Luke an older, white men...and that is has become a trend to harrass older white men when a female pop star tells you so... that's not OK. Only because someone is an older, white man doesn't make him someone who abuses others. This just shows how wrong society has gone.

There have been many irregularities in the stories of Kesha and she had many motives to falsely accuse Dr Luke, not saying she is 100% wrong, though this must be said because this information is often left out in this topic, and Dr Luke is more likely to be the truth-teller after the New York court's decision when Keshas claims were rejected.

Also Dr Luke collabroated with many, many, many female singers during his career and Kesha seems to be the only one accusing him of something. This doesn't mean that she is 100% lying, it just shows that Dr Luke's side and views also need to be taken into account, and that in case of unclarity, he deserved to be treated as innocent, unless a court says otherwise.
