This week the Backstreet Boys have earned their highest charting pop radio song in 13 years. The song , "Don't Go Breaking My Heart", enters the pop radio chart at #32. It is also their first song on the chart since 2007.

Their last song on the chart was "Inconsolable", which peaked at #34 in October of 2007.

"Crawling Back to You" was their last highest charting pop radio song, which peaked at #31 in December of 2005.

They have had three eras in between that song and this new song, "Don't Go Breaking My Heart". So it's an accomplishment for them. Especially at their ages. They range from 38 to 46. As we all know, pop radio can be very ageist

CONGRATS!

This is so cool to hear.  I remember someone posted the new song on here not long ago and I said it was just as good as the stuff they did back in the day day and how sad it was that it probably wont get play due to age and crap like that.

I love being wrong when its cool news!
