But in comparison to the stages OP posted, the Joanne World Tour makes the best use of technology to reach the crowd in the largest span - it feels like it's the most "3 dimensional" stage of them because it literally takes the entire venue.

 

I didn’t count Taylor because hers was more of a runway, and wasn’t needed to be brought down to access her b-stage.  I was thinking more of a platform that had to be brought out to access isolated b-stages

The tour I think I liked the most of the four is Formation so I picked that 😅 I think JWT is the best tehcnologically, though. The ascending and descending bridges that are also screens, the pods up top, the circle stages, the amazing B-stage, the bright as **** lights on the main stage, the moving main stage  I think I need to change my answer. Reputation second, FWT third, and then WTT (again in terms of tech, not what I liked the best). I think all the tours are really great though!

Edit x2: I think the biggest downfall of the Reputation Tour is Taylor herself. Her stage presence sucks and that stage absolutely gobbles her. I think it's too much for her, but it's still a jaw dropping stage nonetheless. It blew me away

What? Big screens? I mean it looks cool but it's not as innovative as the moving platforms Gaga used for the JWT. If Taylor did the bridges, y'all would be saying 'Gaga should have done that too!'

I was there and I didn't know that those things in the ceiling were bridges.

I HAD NO IDEA.  And when the Applause synths along with 'A-R-T-P-O-P' vocals came in, I was totally blown away, especially when the bridges started to come down.

The box screen thingy from the Formation World Tour was so impressive in real life. It was like standing in front of a UFO and it left me speechless multiple times throughout the concert. I did kinda upstage her though.

I’d gladly take big screens over bridges that occasionally blocked views from the audience.

This. In my opinion just because something is more "innovative" doesn't make it more pleasing. JWT bridges blocked her from site for a lot of fans who bought tickets close up. You could hardly see her at some point which goes against the purpose of a tour. You want to see the star front and center at all times. Still loved the JWT stage though but yeah the Rep tour was just on another level (just my opinion of course).
