She has to collaborate with a streaming monster aka Cardi B or Bruno Mars. (Cardi B should release a remix version with Gaga if I Like It)

If she decides to drop the bloodpop collar that would help too

The best way is to just release more music more often. People want to stream new songs not throwbacks, that's literally the reason her numbers are bad. All these artists are spitting out new tracks, features, and remixes all the time.

Yeah also this, gaga has had like 2 properly manged singles and 6 in total the past 7 years . Ofc she won't do the same numbers like some of the Biggest streaming forces who can release 5 singles/year +features, dj collabs and 1 album every year or so.

If we are talking about fixing her streaming numbers, then she needs to release more stand-alone singles or properly managed singles that are put on playlists.

release music more ofter , but at the same time it  needs to be easy to digest/GP friendly like The Cure  , put her videos in youtube autoplay/playlists and the songs on every big spotify playlists for a considerable amoung of time to gain momentum.

Simply release a commercially successful single.

Don't get me wrong, but Gaga hasn't released a mega-successful single since Born This Way (which reigned at N1 for SIX weeks). Back in the day, streaming wasn't relevant in 2011. So we can't tell what her streaming potential is.

Applause had moderate success, so did Million Reasons. 

She should also release lead singles in a better fashion. She should release the song and the video at the same time, and maybe perform the single shortly after on a major awards show? Like the VMAs or the Grammy's.
