Where he live doesn't matter much, test screeners can be from anywhere in the country, it could also be some fortunate tourists as well, he could be in LA when the test screening were offered (the studio will usually send someone to a movie theater, a mall, or some other location that a movie-goer is likely to visit to hand out test screening tickets. There is a limited supply of those tickets, and they are only given out to people who fit the demographic they are looking for). Or he saw the ad for it on some websites. On most test screenings, the movie titles are not disclosed on the ads until the test screeners sat down and watched it. He could probably just in the right place and the right time. Bradley 59,690 Posted April 19, 2018 Share Posted April 19, 2018 I'm still perched for Gaga's acting. Her acting in AHS: Hotel was controversial, yet I enjoyed most parts of it. Since A Star Is Born is more acting-focused, and has a legacy which is longer and larger than AHS, I'm sure she had put more effort into the film than she put into AHS.
