She has completely changed everything and she has dabbled in every genre. While most artists stick to one formula, while Gaga has the guts to push barriers and create new, different art. I also love the fact that these "music critics" believe they have the knowledge and background to criticize artists. None of them would ever be able to do anything that Gaga does. Maybe I'm extra wowed because I think this was an unexpectedly dramatic improval based on her previous performances, but I really would've liked to have seen this in the top 3.
