Yup It's peaked, yaay!!! :) Now it's falling on radio and before you know it, outta the Top 10! Wow, the Biebs is jumping. Let's see how far it'll go. I think at the beginning of her career she kept putting out new music incessantly because she feared that if she took a break she'd be forgotten, but that's not the case now.
