I’m conflicted because the camera guy is so obnoxious it’s really making me dislike him but his heart is in the right place and he’s standing up for the other man

And I cringed so much at "I am the law"  No you're not  Your job is to enforce the law (what she did in a calm way btw), nothing less, nothing more.

Why wouldn't you just leave it at giving the hobo food doe? Like this all seems too contrived and the camera guy is being so extra

And clock the youtube comments, the hobo has a history of begging on the grounds, assault and disorderly conduct, so management has grounds for kicking him out

But yeah I think McDonalds had solid ground for asking him to leave if there actually had been multiple complaints about this guy  The camera guy did seem over the top with all the shouting though, like it's not going to help your case and it's just going to annoy other customers  Also just because you buy food at a fast food restaurant it doesn't mean you can't be asked to leave and that has nothing to do with a refund, you paid for the food and you can eat it whether you're indoors or outdoors

Well yes, McDonald's is in its right (private property) but the issue is more ethical here  They kicked him just because it's bad for buisiness to have homeless people inside, the man was calmly eating his meal. Also I read a bit more about it in the YouTube section and the complaints were not for that day, he had issues before. Also the manager is well known locally to be "racist". And the man recording didn't handle the situation well but that's yet another problem

This video just enlightens about something pretty common : homeless people are treated like a sub-class of society and it's both wrong and pernicious as they should be treaten like every other citizens

If he's been in the restaurant multiple times asking for money and being disruptive and stuff (assuming the complaints are true and what we've heard in the videos) then they have a right to ask him to leave. It wouldn't be a case of being homeless, it'd be because of what he's doing when he's in there. If he's peacefully eating food inside now that doesn't change the previous complaints about him doing other things when he was there before  If this was a totally new situation and there was just a homeless guy in there and someone had bought them food then I don't think there'd be a problem

No no, the previous complaints were about him being intoxicated in an allay somewhere in the city  But many people were talking about the manager's attitude, it's not the first time things like that happened

It says in the video a few posts up that he's been bugging customers at the drive through  If anyone did that, homeless or not, I think it'd be fine if the manager asked them to leave and didn't want them on the premises even if they're not doing that thing right at that moment

He bugging the customers is his only way to survive and to have something to live with. 

People complaining about it ar3 hypocrates, and maybe then thay all say Trump is bad but they actually aren't less bad than him.

Sorry for mixing thing a little bit but things like this really hurt me.

I work for McDonalds we accept everyone in our restaurant. No manager nor director can act like a racist or such it is not McDonalds philosophy.
