That interview was quite nice actually, she is a classy lady and very intelligent.

Kim was asked and she replied honestly how she feels, what is wrong in saying “she could’ve been nicer”? Also she didn’t go for that reason, they were talking about many other things in her career and her past and the question about SATC 3 always comes up, she explained why she doesn’t want to do it.

And this whole "You're not my friend" - I find that really odd for a  60 year old to make such a posting on Instagram... To stay silent on stuff that's (as you said) 2 decades old and shut up when one has nothing nice to say - to me it's the more mature, professional and classy attempt. 

She was asked the question and she a answered honestly.

Not sure what being 60 has to do with anything. If she has had an unpleasant experience with SJP and speaks openly about it when asked why should she shut up?
