Native Aboriginals in Canada came up with a $17 Billion Pipeline the "Eagle Spirit " that has a long route to avoid ecologically sensitive areas and state of the art technology to minimize spills

Despite Enthusiasm in among Aboriginals and Canada the Natives were unable to go thru with the project due to a ban in British Columbia of shipments of bituments on the port the pipeline intended to ship it on

The Natives now plan to try to make an agreement with their US neighbour Alaska and build the pipeline to their port

If Alaska agrees they would get increased shipment volume, Alberta and Canada would benefit with more exports, the Aboriginals would benefit with royalties on their built infrastructure and British Columbia could not prevent the project or ban it's shipments
