Also the FFC is a US government agency that ensures the decency of radio and TV broadcasting. I’m no expert on law and government, but just bc a law is passed doesn’t mean that it takes effect immediately, in cases like this. there has to be some form of leeway to enact policies to back up this law. The internet isn’t a black and white thing, it’s probably pretty challenging for companies to set up ways to make sure that, for lack of better words, “the net isn’t neutral.” Link to post Share on other sites More sharing options...
