Janet is mentioned at 11:14 and continues on for several minutes:

Very informative and this shows me why Janet doesn't do interviews anymore, since they still want to talk about the Superbowl incident.

It makes sense they'd talk about the Super Bowl incident now though, since Justin is performing. I also think Janet stopping interviews because the Super Bowl incident doesn't make much sense - usually before an interview they go over things they'd like to be asked about and things the interviewer may not ask about.

(That being said, when you say "Janet doesn't do interviews anymore" I don't mean if you're referring to just now, around the Super Bowl that JT is performing at, or like...for the last many years, so I apologize if I made the wrong assumption. :) )

Janet hasn't done a proper interview since 2013 is what I mean. She hasn't sat down and given the media an interview since then. Almost every interviewer since 2004 has asked her about the incident, both in the US and overseas and she was over it immediately after it happened, yet people keep badgering for her side of the story and on Oprah back in 2006,she discussed it for the last time. But still interviewers still want to ask her about it,so she decided to go dark about interviews and I fully don't blame her for doing so. It's absolutely asinine that nobody can seem to move forward from an incident that happened almost fifteen years ago. Granted,it ruined her career while his blossomed, which is unfair and should be discussed and his upcoming performance on the Superbowl stage should be boycotted by all means. But in Janet's case, she's over it and moved past it and I think that we all as a general consumer public should as well. Janet's accomplished so much in an over four-decade career and she shouldn't be erased and replaced/whitewashed by Madonna because of that incident.
