Yeah, I think it's like 100% confirmed now. They're always teasing fans before the ceremony.

They hinted on Ke$ha getting the award for Pop Solo Performance today

and they hinted on Gaga getting the Pop Vocal Album earlier this week:

Gaga deserves both Pop solo and Pop Vocal album. The quality of Gaga's music and her Joanne success is superior to anything Kesha put out this past year.

I don’t know why people are having meltdowns now. Kesha will get pop solo and Gaga's will get pop vocal album. Jeez, Kesha as been through hell and back from dr.luke and I think this is a wonderful thing for the Grammys to do and give Kesha a platform. I don’t even remember the last time she ever played live at a award show. Anyway, it’s not always about winning and having the most awards, like heck if Ed shitran won the both awards we would all be pissed and frustrated, but Kesha hasn’t even been in the music business since 2013, and it would be nice to see her win an award at the Grammys. Ik I’m  saying too much, but stop overrating to this. We all know that "she’ll" (Gaga) won’t win both in the end.
