HYPED! 7 feels so fresh and a great launching point for Tatum. Hoping they signed her for a trilogy and then 10 years after the 3rd we'll get 10

I need #8 to consist of nothing but Sydney & Gale working together w minimal focus on other characters; just the two of them collaborating, annoying each other... then saving each other (IN WOODSBORO 🌳🌳 not this new Indiana bullshit).

Those two women are the heart of the series: the steely but vulnerable final girl & the loyal but self-serving opportunist

The evolution of Sidney / Gale relationship in Scream 7 

I'd like them to make Scream 8 a story bending on Gale, like her being target. And Sid helping her this time

Many of the past/present characters are crucial but, as far as I'm concerned, Gale Weathers IS Scream

They’d better step it up after the mess that was 7… At the exception of some creative and somewhat memorable kills, it was utterly disappointing.

There were rumors about 8 in plans for some time and I’m glad to see it’s been confirmed now. I thought 7-8 could be a good to end the series for a bit but there’s a chance for this to be a Tatum trilogy if the story is good enough for this amount of movies. 

I have some ideas that could connect all of these because we all know the killer is always part of the new cast so if they were to do something different for a twist it’d be amazing.

I honestly feel like a new trilogy was in the work when they did Scream 7, now that success is in it'll be greenlit like for sure

Won't spoil but kinda feel there's many hints about what's coming in next movie, something they touched in Scream 7 but could happen in 8 👀

Something I noticed in 7 was Gale taking some pills and her arm shaking. This could be the nerve damage she got from VI as she said but maybe they're going to write her character to have cancer or something like that. It was a bit off the way it happened.
