Melodrama was enough to me for the entire year, it is amazing and I haven't felt this way about an album since Born This Way. Some other ones I have enjoyed are Lust for Life, Dua Lipa, SZA, Tove Lo, Goldfrapp, P!nk, even Halsey, Father John Misty, Björk, Kesha, Miley, The Killers, just to name a couple.

Already quoted someone with a couple of artists that I think have released good albums this year. Just because the "Main pop girls" are not "slaying the chartz" this year, it doesn't mean pop is dead. Trends change all the time and hip hop is more popular right now.
