This thread is not about the music though. The "music not the bling" thing is very annoying to me. I don't get it. If the music is great the visuals should be great too, AND THEY WERE until the mess started.

But I encourage you to watch her older works with The Fame/Monster and Born This Way and seek the truth. There is a lack of performance and visuals nowadays.

But she doesn't overly brand herself compared to other female pop stars she released two fragrance one was something she really interested to do and the other obligatory she's selective on who advertises for and for music videos some of them she chooses to direct for herself or people she knows personally

You can't state something and tell us to find the truth And then say everybody's got an opinion. You are literally saying that your opinion is the truth and the opinion of the rest of the forum is wrong.

Joanne is lack luster compared to the other eras where She was in-your-face/Avant garde... but that's the point of Joanne. 

Stripped down visuals and music. She could have done bigger performances but instead she chose to create stripped down authentic atmospheres like her AMAs performance or her dive bar tours. 

Obciously she still has the resources to give us visuals (JWT interludes, Coachella interlude, Swiss ad)

The only rule you should observe now is that Lady Gaga does not release the same aesthetic and sound everytime, and don't expect too much dark or something that Gaga has done before, because Joanne, the recent album, is personal, and not like any other albums. ARTPOP did not even managed to meet the GP's expectations, and also because of the disadvantages in her management.

For now, I think you should STOP expecting too much, and STOP expecting the same aesthetic or whatever stuff that you loved before. But START appreciating whatever the artists put out, because the artist loves it (or not). It's okay to hate, but it's kind of disrespectful just to trash out something that Gaga put effort to. I mean, even your opinion on Joanne World Tour being lackluster is undeniably sad. Sometimes your opinion does not branch out to everbody, or match the same thoughts that you encountered.
