Bernie Sanders on Wednesday brushed off accusations from Hillary Clinton’s upcoming memoir that he damaged her presidential campaign — and he advised his former rival to get with the times. “My response is that right now it’s appropriate to look forward and not backward,” Sanders told The Hill. “I’m working overtime now to see we overturn Trump’s decision on DACA, pass a $15 an hour minimum wage, and next week I’ll be offering a Medicare-for-all single-payer system...Our job is to go forward.” Sanders said he wasn’t interested in parsing blame for Clinton’s loss and would “let the people decide” about her criticisms. coekane 5,921
The fact she is still trying to put blame on someone after the election Put it on James Comey and call it an election cycle, I have better things to worry about signing out
edgy 6,918
The old Bernie can't come to the phone right now ... Why? Because he's looking forward, not backward.

What's lame is blaming everyone and their mother for your stunning loss of an easily winnable election to a complete bafoon that you and your party/media cronies elevated through a failed "pied piper" strategy instead of just owning up that you ****ed up and are in fact a weak, terrible candidate that never should've been propped up in the first place. 🤷🏻♂️

Sorry it wasn't walk in the park like she expected, but when you have a multi-decade long list of scandals and shady situations, your past speaks for itself. She continues to dwell on the past and is doing nothing for progress. The best possible thing she could do is just go away.
Petie Estie 5,704
The fact that her just saying what happened is so politicized is really annoying. He came for her and played politics to try and win the primary. It contributed to bad attitudes towards her. Its not a big deal. Open your mind to a nuanced explanation for once. She admits she made mistakes and is responsible. She goes into all her other hardships as well. Just stop hating on her Jesus Christ Call your therapist...it's Petie Estie

bumblebee 2,528
Well he obviously contributed to the collection of Hillary criticism. It was his job as her opponent in the primaries to present valid arguments against her nomination. And because the debates were public, it was expected that Republicans will use Bernie's key lines against Clinton. However, she could have learnt a lot from her campaign against Bernie. While she dominated him in all of the swinging states, and his success came largely from the red states which were never to support a Democratic candidate in the general election, she lost some of the blue states to Bernie, too, namely: Washington, Oregon, Minnesota, Wisconsin, Michigan An in-depth analysis of those losses could have focused her attention on Michigan and Wisconsin.
